Chris Christenberry

Chris Christenberry, President and CEO

Mr. Christenberry has twenty five years experience in the Healthcare
Industry.  His medical experience includes Laboratory and Infectious disease, Radiology, Oncology, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device.  Mr. Christenberry has both International and domestic experience building and developing professional sales and marketing teams. 
 Mr. Christenberry founded Atlantic Imaging in 2001 to develop and manage diagnostic imaging centers. With over 20 diagnostic imaging and cancer treatment projects developed or under management throughout the United States, Mr. Christenberry has built a successful company that today also provides sales and marketing services for hospital systems.



Charles Scott, Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing all operating and development divisions of Atlantic Health Solutions. Mr. Scott is a recognized business leader with over twenty five years of experience and proven accomplishments in the diagnostic imaging industry. His background includes extensive experience in planning, developing, organizing and managing professional corporations with multiple outpatient radiology facilities.

During his career, Mr. Scott has held executive and director positions with public and private companies in the diagnostic imaging industry. Prior to joining Atlantic Health Solutions, Mr. Scott served as Senior Vice President for PresGar Companies, a healthcare consulting and management firm, Director of Operations for PhyMatrix Diagnostic Imaging, a $400 million dollar Practice Management Corporation and as Chief Operating Officer for WorldCare Imaging Incorporated, a worldwide telemedicine and diagnostic imaging company.



Matthew Rifkin

Matthew D. Rifkin MD FACR, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Rifkin graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1974 and completed a Medicine Internship and Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the Montefiore Hospital Medical Center, before becoming Board-Certified in Radiology in 1978.

He then joined the faculty of the Johns Hopkins Medical School, then the University of Miami School of Medicine and in 1981 the Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. In 1991, he was appointed Chairman of the Department of Radiology at the Albany Medical College where he reorganized the department and also was responsible for running the Medical School’s entire faculty practice (a $110,000,000.00) enterprise.

In 1999 he assumed the position of Vice-Chair of the Department of Radiology and Chief of Clinical Operations at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. In 2002, he became Chairman of Radiology at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Long Island and in 2004 incorporated the radiology services of St. Catherine Hospital, 2005 St. Charles Hospital, 2007 Mather Hospital and in 2008 four independent Imaging Centers (all in Long Island), expanding the group of Board- Certified radiologists from 10 to 48. In 2011, he joined Atlantic Health Solutions as Executive Vice-President of Physician Integration.



Jeff Greenberg

Jeff Greenberg, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Senior Vice President and General Counsel is responsible for standard legal matters as well as business related functions. Mr. Greenberg’s practice concentrates in the area of general corporate law, corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and business reorganization law. Prior to his employment with Atlantic Health Solutions, Mr. Greenberg was Vice President and General Counsel for PresGar Companies, a healthcare consulting and management firm and before that he was a shareholder with the law firm of Bush Ross Gardner Warren and Rudy, P.A., where he practiced law since 1989.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Mr. Greenberg graduated Brown University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Greenberg worked in the mutual fund industry for two years. In 1989 he received his law degree, cum laude, from Boston College. Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He has been a volunteer for several community services in conjunction with the Hillsborough County Bar Association.



Matt Schneider

Matt Schneider, VP of Marketing

VP of Marketing is responsible for the training and management of all sales reps in the company. The sales force is responsible for marketing outpatient services for both diagnostic and therapeutic radiology. Mr. Schneider is known for his excellent clinical/technical knowledge and selling ability. He has been successful in developing this skill in his team. Mr. Schneider has developed Atlantic Imaging's recruiting, training, reporting, budgeting, and supervising systems for the sales and marketing team. Mr. Schneider began as a Marketing representative in Chicago, IL in 2001. He was promoted to sales positions in Miami, FL and Gulfport, MS. In 2005, Mr. Schneider was promoted to Director of Sales and later to the VP position. He attended Cleveland State University.



Seth Meidenman, Director Of Information Technology

Mr. Meidenman shares the overall responsibility of running daily operations of the Atlantic Health Solutions IT infrastructure. He is primarily responsible for System engineering; project planning, and the care and feeding of all things IT.

He has worked within the Information Technology field since 1996, implementing enterprise networks, Active Directory infrastructure, Email systems, PACs Architecture, RIS systems, dictation systems, project management, and overall systems architecture.

Prior to his employment for Atlantic, Seth was Director of Information Technology for PresGar Companies, Senior Data Center Engineer for ClearCross, Systems Engineer for Comverse Technologies and a Desktop Support Analyst for the City of New York. Seth is originally from the New York City area and holds a BM in music education and performance. He is certified by Microsoft with a MCSE.



Melissa Troxel

Melissa Troxel, VP of Finance

VP of Finance, is responsible for all accounting and administrative functions in the company. Ms. Troxel negotiates insurance and vendor deals and oversees compliance and policies. Her team assures the company conducts daily reporting and leads the daily interaction with the Billing and Collection agencies. Melissa works daily with Atlantic's CPA firm, Lackman and Associates. Ms. Troxel began her career working in orthopedic physicians' offices. Melissa later worked as Patient Coordinator, Lead Patient Coordinator, and finally Assistant Center Manager. She is an All-USA and All-Florida academic team member. Melissa graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Accounting and she is working towards her CPA.



Ken Knauss

Ken Knauss, Director of Operations

Director of Operations, is responsible for each center's operations as well as the management of the company's Patient Coordinators and Technologists. He is the day to day person for all center activity. Mr. Knauss sever 4 years In the U.S Air Force. He received a B.S in Management/ Human Resources from Park College. He has 12 years management experience. He began working for Atlantic Imaging in 2005 managing an outpatient imaging center in Arkansas and has been their Director of Operations since 2007.
