For the last couple of weeks we’ve been diving into the topic of our new client onboarding process — what clients can expect from us, what we have to offer, what the first 30 days look like, etc. Every week for the past two weeks we’ve been covering what that process looks like overall, and from each particular step. We hope that by deconstructing each step, we can show just how much upfront value we offer our clients during the onboarding process, while also making it as easy and simple for them as possible.
This week, we’re deconstructing step 2 of 5: our Client Onboarding Details Form - or, simply put, the Onboarding Form.
Atlantic Health Solutions’ Onboarding Form
We may be a little bit biased, but we think that the best part about our onboarding process is just how little we require from our new clients, and our onboarding form is a perfect example of this! Our Onboarding Form is basically what gets the ball rolling for us and allows our team to evaluate your company’s website, social media, and overall marketing landscape in order to draft a full formal proposal, action plan, and healthcare marketing strategy.
The form asks for basic business information, social media access, website details, marketing priorities (ranked 1-5), and billing information. To make sure it was as simple as it could be, we timed the least tech-savvy person at our agency and it took them less than 10 minutes to do! Once this form is filled out, that’s really all our new clients have to do. Then, they can just sit back and let us take over as we create a plan and set it into action.
How To Access Atlantic Health Solutions’ Onboarding Form
Accessing our Client Onboarding Details form is easy. All you have to do is visit our website and scroll over the New Client Onboarding Documents in the site’s footer, then select Client Onboarding to be redirected to the form.
While filling out the form, make sure to include all of the information you can, but if you don’t know something, you can also leave it blank! Once you’ve filled in all of the blank items you can simply click Submit to send it in.
Once we’ve received the form, we will reach out to your company to talk more about your needs and goals before we set forth with the evaluations.
